Feeling While Ascending
Living in high consciousness doesn't mean the end of human experience. It means moving through the spectrum of emotions with the grace of a witness, staying anchored in 5D while navigating the currents of the heart.

Noticing the Signal
The first step is simply noticing the physical sensation in your body before the mind attaches a story to it.
Noticing, Labeling, and Allowing

Labeling with Intent
By naming the emotion—I feel anxiety—you shift from being the emotion to being the observer of the emotion.

The 90-Second Rule
An emotional chemical surge lasts only 90 seconds. If you allow it to flow without rumination, it naturally dissolves.
Emotional Heat Map

How do you know what emotion you're feeling? Some of us are good at feeling the feels, others are not (like me!). I grew up with feelings of being uncomfortable in my body, but I was never really sure what it meant.
Â
I have come to rely heavily on this emotional heat map to help me identify my emotions. And while my ability to (intuitively) identify my feelings has gotten better throughout this journey, I still look at this chart from time to time to figure out what exactly I’m feeling based on where I feel warmth.

Rumination & Regulation
Understanding your emotional heat map is the first step in interrupting the cycle of rumination. When heat rises, lean into these five foundational techniques to return to center.
Distraction
Gently shift your focus to a complex task or engaging hobby to break the cycle of obsessive thoughts.
Changing Locations
Physically move to a different room or step outside. A change in scenery often leads to a change in state.
Mindful Relaxation
Utilize breathwork or progressive muscle relaxation to signal safety to your nervous system.
Taking Action
Identify one small, concrete step you can take regarding the situation and execute it immediately.
Reframing Negative Thoughts
Shift from 'Why is this happening?' to 'What is this teaching me?' to realign with 5D growth.
