3D to 5D is an upgrade in consciousness, not a physical destination. Every living thing, thought, emotion and atom emits a unique frequency or vibration. Dimensions are characterized by specific vibrational frequencies and emotional patterns. The goal of this section to characterize the dimensions by emotional frequency.

3D is our physical density that most of us are tuned into. Its what we can to experience: the emotions, the physical sensations, eating! Reality based survival, competition, scarity. Us vs. Them mentality.Â

4D is when begin to question everything. It's what brought you to this website. Often sparked by a 'conspiracy' that leads you down rabbit hole after rabbit hole. It's necessary for the transition - collabuse of the 3D ushers in the 5D. Gateway to higher dimensional awareness.Â

5D is the unity field where you realize we are one, a fractal of source. That there is no such thing as a coincidence. You create your reality and everything happens exactly the way it is meant to. There is no seperation, judgment or scarcity. Embodied by love, peace, gratitude and joy. Increased syncronicities.
3D: Low Vibes
Survival-based frequencies characterized by shame, fear, guilt, and anger. This dense realm is driven by the illusion of separation and reactive ego patterns.
Emotions, Frequencies & The Map of Consciousness
Emotions are more than just feelings; they are measurable frequencies that act as energetic coordinates for our reality. By understanding our vibrational state, we can identify whether we are operating from a 3D, 4D, or 5D orientation of consciousness.Â

David R. Hawkins’ (1993) Map of Consciousness is a scale that charts human emotional and spiritual states. The scale is split by a tipping point of 200, that shifts into power and force-based fields. Lower frequencies are driven by 3D survival emotions (shame, fear, guilt, apathy). The 4D transitional bridge starts with anger, into the 200 threshold of courage. 5D higher vibrational frequencies are characterized by acceptance, love, joy, and peace.
4D: Mid VibesÂ
The transitional bridge of courage and neutrality. Time becomes fluid, awareness expands, and we begin to question existing systems and seek deeper truths beyond the physical. My goal is hover at netural.
5D: High Vibes
